To help ensure a seamless visit, please review our booking policies below: Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation—however, you will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs (see below). Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. In this case, a cancellation fee may apply. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and may incur a full service charge. Repeat no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Medical Considerations By booking, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications to your provider prior to treatment. Spa Medica Aesthetic reserves the right to decline treatment if it's not medically advisable. Results & Expectations Individual results may vary. While we strive for optimal outcomes, no results are guaranteed. Your provider will discuss personalized treatment plans during your consultation.
